Harvey announced a $550 million funding round at a $15.5 billion valuation. The round gives the legal AI company additional capital for its work with law firms, in-house legal teams and professional-services firms.

Harvey said Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners co-led the round. Sapphire Ventures and Whale Rock joined them as new investors. Existing backers Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Coatue, Conviction, Elad Gil, Evantic, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Verified Capital and WNDR also participated.

The completed financing follows DataPhoenix’s earlier coverage of Harvey’s fundraising talks.

Harvey said the financing will accelerate work to help legal and professional-services teams build and own more of their intelligence at scale. The announcement did not provide a detailed allocation of proceeds, a hiring target or a timetable for the expansion.

Harvey also said 80% of Am Law 100 firms use its product and that its customers include five Fortune 10 companies. Those adoption figures are company claims and were not independently verified in the supplied evidence.

The round comes after two product initiatives cited by Harvey. The company published initial results from its Legal Agent Benchmark, an evaluation of AI agents on legal work, and introduced Tenet as its first post-trained open-weight model.

Harvey previously announced a $200 million growth round at an $11 billion valuation in March 2026, co-led by GIC and Sequoia. The company did not say whether the new $15.5 billion valuation is pre-money or post-money, what type of securities investors received, or how much ownership the round represents.
