dConstruct Robotics closes a $125 million Series A for autonomous 3D-scanning robots

dConstruct Technologies, a Singapore-based robotics firm, has closed a $125 million Series A, the company said July 3 — timed to the conclusion of the inaugural cohort of Singapore’s RoboNexus accelerator under the National Robotics Program.

The raise points to steady capital flowing into physical-AI plays, where robots pair sensing hardware with autonomous software rather than living on a screen. dConstruct’s d.ASH suite integrates 3D scanning to run autonomous robots in GPS-denied environments — indoors, underground or anywhere satellite positioning drops out — for security, inspection, logistics and entertainment uses.

Named clients include Boustead Projects, Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency and the transit operator SBS Transit. The company is building a 42,000-square-metre headquarters, dC Plus, at Punggol Digital District, due for completion by the end of 2026.

Chief Executive Chinn Lim said the round reflects confidence in building “the next generation of reality capture and robot automation solutions from Singapore to the world.”

The funding figure comes from dConstruct and has not been independently verified, and the company did not name the round’s lead investors, so who is backing the raise is unclear. The end-2026 headquarters deadline is the near-term marker of whether the build-out stays on schedule.
