Bloomberg reports Crusoe raised more than $3 billion at a $30 billion valuation

AI infrastructure provider Crusoe has finalized a funding round of more than $3 billion at a valuation of roughly $30 billion, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the situation. Crusoe had not publicly confirmed the financing when its newsroom was inspected on September 4.
The reported total is more than twice the $1.375 billion initial closing Crusoe announced for its Series E in October 2025. Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners co-led the new round and Mubadala Capital participated, according to Bloomberg, which did not identify the people who described the transaction because the details were not public.
Crusoe said in June that it had 4.9 gigawatts of contracted AI infrastructure capacity across data-center projects and Crusoe Cloud, alongside a development pipeline exceeding 40 gigawatts. The company works across energy sourcing, data-center design and construction, production of long-lead electrical components, and cloud services.
Crusoe has not said whether the reported proceeds would fund any of that work, and it has not publicly confirmed the round’s final amount, valuation, closing status, investor roster, security type or terms.
